Return Process

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring that vinyl records and delicate materials are securely padded to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
